"Dances For Our Stars" monthly themed social dances are for individuals with intellectual and related developmental disabilities and their peers.

These fun, festive dances are a great opportunity to spend time with friends, meet new people and just let loose and have fun.

Dances For Our stars themed dances will serve to:

-Encourage individuals who have moderate to mild disabilities and/or are wheelchair bound to dance and socialize in an integrated setting (with handicapped and non-handicapped individuals).

-Provide information and raise awareness about various social programs and

activities in Northwest Indiana.

-Provide information and referrals for special needs individuals and their families regarding their rights, housing, healthcare, waiver services and other programs.

- Provide music for dancing and entertainment
